Applicable Entities: These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are entered into between Shenzhen Jiaruituo trade ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", with registered address/actual business address: Room 204, Huitingju Huitengge, No. 5005 Baoan Avenue, Sanwei Community, Hangcheng Subdistrict, Baoan District, Shenzhen and users (hereinafter referred to as "you", "user") who use our independent website https://retoxsimracing.com and related services (including product purchase, order inquiry, customer consultation, collectively referred to as "Services").
Effective Rules: By accessing, browsing the Website or placing an order for products, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted all contents of these Terms, including any subsequent revisions we make. After revision, we will update the "Last Updated Date" in a prominent position on the Website, and the revised contents shall take effect on the date of publication. Your continued use of the Services shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website and related Services.
1. User Registration and Account Management
- Registration Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services with the consent of a legal guardian. You shall provide true, accurate and complete information (such as name, email address, phone number) during registration. If your information changes, you shall update it in the "Personal Center" in a timely manner. You shall bear full responsibility for any failure to provide Services normally or disputes arising from false or incorrect information.
- Account Security: You shall properly keep your account username, password and verification code, and be responsible for all operations under your account (such as placing orders, modifying information, applying for refunds). If you find that your account has been stolen, you must immediately contact customer service (see Contact Information in Clause 7) to freeze the account. You shall bear any losses caused by failure to notify us in a timely manner. We have the right to take temporary restriction measures on accounts with suspected abnormal login (such as remote login, simultaneous login on multiple devices) and notify you to verify your identity.
- Account Disabling: If you violate these Terms (such as malicious ordering, false complaints, stealing others' information), we have the right to take measures such as warning, restricting account functions or permanently disabling the account according to the severity of the violation, and shall not be liable for any loss caused by your inability to use the Services.
2. Product Information and Order Rules
- Product Information: The product name, specification, price, inventory, material, function description and other information displayed on the Website shall be subject to the real-time display on the page. Due to reasons such as system update delay, out-of-stock from suppliers, and exchange rate fluctuations, if there is any error in product information or change in inventory, we have the right to notify you to adjust or cancel the order before order placement, and refund the paid amount (if any) without assuming other compensation liabilities.
- Order Establishment: After you submit an order on the Website and complete the payment, the system will generate an order number, which shall be deemed as the preliminary establishment of the order. However, we reserve the right to review orders—we have the right to cancel the order and notify you if the order falls into any of the following situations:
- Obvious errors in product price, specification and other information (such as wrong low price due to system bug, incorrect specification marking);
- Insufficient product inventory (oversold due to multiple users placing orders at the same time);
- Suspected malicious orders (such as a single user placing a large number of repeated orders in a short period of time, using a false delivery address);
- Restrictions by laws, regulations or customs policies (such as products being prohibited from import, or unable to clear customs at the delivery location).
- Order Modification and Cancellation:
- Unpaid after order placement: You can directly cancel the order in "My Orders";
- Paid but not shipped: If you need to modify the delivery address or contact information, you can apply to customer service before shipment (only one modification is allowed); If you need to cancel the order, you shall submit an application before shipment. After our approval, we will refund the full amount (refunded through the original payment channel) within 3-5 business days;
- Shipped: Modification of order information is not supported. Cancellation of the order shall be applied in accordance with the "Refund Policy" (separately published on the Website), and you shall bear the return shipping fee (except for cases that meet the refund conditions, such as product quality problems).
3. Product Purchase and Delivery
- Payment Methods: The payment methods supported by the Website shall be subject to the display on the page (such as credit card, PayPal, Alipay, etc.). You shall make payment through the designated channels on the Website, and shall not make payment through unofficial methods such as private transfer or third-party payment on behalf of others. Otherwise, the order may not be traceable or funds may be lost, and we shall not be liable for such losses.
- Cross-border Logistics and Customs Clearance:
- Logistics Methods: International orders will use logistics services such as [e.g., DHL, China Post Registered Air Mail] by default. Specific logistics methods can be selected when placing an order (different methods have different shipping fees and timelines, subject to the display on the page). We will ship the goods within [3-5 business days] after order payment (for pre-order products, subject to the shipping time marked on the page), and update the logistics tracking number in "My Orders". You can query the logistics progress through the tracking number.
- Customs Clearance Responsibility: You shall understand and comply with the customs policies of the country/region where the goods are received (such as prohibited import categories, tariff threshold). You shall bear the responsibilities and related expenses (such as customs duties, demurrage fees, return shipping fees) caused by the following reasons leading to customs clearance delay, package detention or return:
- Incomplete or inaccurate delivery address;
- Products being prohibited from import in the delivery location;
- Failure to submit customs clearance materials (such as copy of ID card, declaration documents) to the customs in a timely manner;
- Refusal to pay customs duties, value-added tax and other taxes levied by the customs.
- Delivery Confirmation: The goods shall be deemed delivered when the logistics provider shows "Delivered". If you do not sign for the goods in person (such as signed by others on your behalf), you shall verify the goods by yourself. If you find that the package is damaged or goods are missing when receiving the goods, you shall take photos on the spot, ask the logistics provider to issue a damage certificate, and contact customer service to apply for handling within 24 hours. Failure to give feedback within the time limit shall be deemed that the goods are delivered in good condition.
4. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
4.1 Our Rights and Obligations
- Rights:
- We have the right to suspend, change or terminate part of the Services according to business adjustments (such as product removal, service upgrade) or legal and regulatory requirements (we will notify you 7 days in advance on the Website announcement column, except for emergency situations such as system failure or regulatory requirements);
- We have the right to modify and update the Website content (such as product pictures, copywriting) without notifying users individually;
- We have the right to refuse to provide unreasonable service requirements (such as unsubstantiated request for expedited shipping, free repair beyond the warranty period).
- Obligations:

4.2 Your Rights and Obligations

- You have the right to apply for refund or exchange after receiving the goods in accordance with the "Refund Policy" (if eligible);
- You have the right to query the order progress and logistics information, and put forward suggestions or complaints about the service quality;
- You have the right to ask us to explain the processing of your personal information (exercise relevant rights in accordance with the "Privacy Policy").
- Obligations:
- You shall comply with these Terms and other rules published on the Website (such as the "Refund Policy", "Privacy Policy"), and shall not engage in illegal or irregular acts (such as spreading malware through the Website, fake transaction, reselling products);
- You shall use the products properly and operate in accordance with the product manual or customer service guidance. If the product is damaged due to improper use, you shall not be entitled to after-sales support;
- You shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of the Website and third parties (such as stealing product pictures, copywriting, spreading infringing content). Otherwise, you shall bear the liability for infringement compensation.
5. Intellectual Property Rights and Prohibited Acts
- Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights: The intellectual property rights of the Website's domain name, LOGO, page design, code, product pictures (except those provided by suppliers) and copywriting shall be owned by us. Without our written permission, you shall not copy, spread, modify or use them for commercial purposes without authorization. The intellectual property rights such as brand trademarks and patents of the products shall be owned by the brand owners or suppliers, and we only have the right to sell.
- Prohibited Acts: You shall not commit the following acts when using the Services:
- Violating the laws and regulations of China and the country/region where the goods are received (such as purchasing prohibited goods, evading customs duties);
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Website (such as maliciously attacking the server, batch crawling product information, using plug-in software);
- Publishing or spreading false information, harassing content, discriminatory remarks, or infringing others' privacy or reputation rights;
- Purchasing a large number of products for resale for profit purposes (e.g., if a single user places more than [10] orders for the same product in a short period of time, we have the right to deem it as resale and cancel the order).
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: We shall not be liable for the inability to provide Services or delay in product delivery caused by the following force majeure or reasons not attributable to us:
- Force majeure such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquake, typhoon, flood), public health emergencies (e.g., epidemic), war, and policy changes;
- Logistics delay, strike, traffic accident, or customs clearance delay caused by temporary adjustment of customs policies;
- Temporary inaccessibility of the Website due to network service provider failure, equipment failure or system maintenance (we will repair it as soon as possible and notify users).
- Limitation of Liability:
- If your loss is caused by our fault (such as product quality problems, wrong delivery), the compensation scope shall be limited to the order amount (including shipping fee), excluding indirect losses (such as expected benefits, inconvenience in use, time cost);
- We shall not be liable for the content and services of third-party links (such as social media, payment platforms) on the Website. You shall abide by the rules of third-party websites when accessing such links.
7. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

- Applicable Law: The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, such as the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China and the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China (conflict of laws rules shall not apply).
- Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at our place of registration (if you are an overseas user, you shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China on foreign-related litigation).
8. Other Terms
- Severability: If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses, which shall remain in full force and effect.
- Notification Method: Notifications sent by us to you (such as order confirmation, Terms revision, account warning) can be delivered through Website pop-ups, SMS, email and other methods. You shall ensure that the contact information provided during registration is valid. You shall bear the responsibility for failure to receive notifications due to invalid contact information.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the "Privacy Policy" and "Refund Policy" published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If there is any conflict between the clauses, the special policies (such as the "Refund Policy") shall prevail; matters not covered by the special policies shall be governed by these Terms.
