Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
We need 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment.  Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide to over 50 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most European countries. For a full list of countries we ship to, please check here. 

3. Shipping Times and Costs

  • Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. All shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected service.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: 

    • Standard Shipping (e.g., China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus): 15-30 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping (e.g., Yanwen Express, YunExpress): 10-20 business days.

    • Express Shipping (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx): 3-7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
You can change your order details (like shipping address) or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes after your order has entered the shipment process.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that we ship from China. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
